Our Journey

VitalCore began in 2023 as the GetOffline Newsletter, with a mission to help people detox from social media and reconnect with the world around them. We offered a 30-day detox challenge, a supportive community, and daily motivational messages to help individuals thrive beyond the digital realm. In April 2024, we rebranded to VitalCore to expand our focus to mental health, self-love, and positivity. Today, we’re proud to have over 80,000 subscribers who join us every day to grow, learn, and inspire one another.
